About Team Personal Training

We refer to our Group Sessions as “Team Personal Training”, because it provides an opportunity for our entire team to work together for a common goal all the while still staying focused on your individual goals

These sessions are scientifically proven and specifically designed to burn fat more efficiently and more effectively than running on the treadmill. And better yet, they’re more fun, more engaging, and much more motivating. Even if you’re a beginner don’t worry, we have your back. Our trainers will make sure you get the appropriate exercise for your individual fitness level. We offer 5 different styles which include:

High-Intensity Interval Training

AFTERBURN – Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics – somewhere in between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but many have been around for over 100 years! Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.

ME MAYHEM – Burn that fat away! This circuit-style workout uses work-to-rest ratio to blast fat and improve endurance. Our high-energy class will have you burning fat up to 72 hours after you’re done training. It’s the best Interval cardio workout around!

Strength Training

INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH – Want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic? Industrial Strength is the solution. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps means more strength without bulk. This program combines old-school tools with modern science to provide you with the fastest path to better strength and conditioning.

MET 10 – A progressed and periodized metabolic weight-training program designed specifically to produce a lean, fit-looking body.If you are wondering what “progressed” and “periodized” means, you are not alone. A progressed program means the exercises, loads and training structure is planned out in detail for a specific purpose.

POWER BUILDER –  allows each individual to track their strength gains throughout an entire month. The goal is to add lean muscle tissue to force the body to burn efficiently, get stronger and build muscle so your metabolism gets fired up!
