Semi-Private Personal Training

Popular amongst our growing clientele, Only Results Semi-Private Training sessions are trainer-led workouts with up to four people in every group. If one-on-one isn’t your thing, or you don’t like the price tag that comes along with private training, or if you feel you could benefit from a little competition, these are the sessions for you.

The small group environment allows for a family-type of environment, with added motivation and focus from a professional trainer. In these sessions, participants will work on more technical exercises, more advanced set:rep schemes, and more effective work:rest ratios. Our Semi-Private Training sessions are designed to get you stronger and leaner more efficiently and more effectively.
