We realize you have many choices available when it comes to fitness and we’d like to take the time to thank you for allowing us to present some information concerning our business.

Having been involved in the fitness for the better part of our adult lives, we became increasingly frustrated at the poor standards in our industry. Quite simply we became sick and tired of clubs where sales numbers were more important than member results, personal training standards were ridiculously poor and good training programs with qualified instruction were almost impossible to find. We set out to create the solution. And we did.

Only Results Fitness brings a unique fitness facility and methodology to the Philadelphia area. Only Results Fitness has been ranked as one of the best fitness training facilities in the area according to the 2016, 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011 "Philly Hotlist". Only Results Fitness is the only fitness company in Chester County that offers, an All Inclusive Personal Fitness Coaching Membership Program. We offer an innovative new design to Small Group Personal Training and Team Training Sessions; our uniquely designed high energy, exciting and fun Team Sessions use a variety of tools and are not some off the shelf class. All of our programming is done by our highly qualified programming team. The types of programs we offer, challenge your entire body and will help you build a stronger leaner body.

Jen's expertise comes from working through her own obstacles of a healthy life. Having hypothyroidism and dealing with all the implications that may occur with this type of autoimmune disease, she can relate greatly to her clients who struggle. At the age of 33 she was able to transform her body from slightly pudgy into an amateur bodybuilder. The knowledge she gained from this experience, helped her understand how unique every person can be while also understanding that having a low thyroid is not a diagnosis to be fat the rest of your life. It is a manageable condition, that requires a true understanding of your own personal nutrition and exercise. In order for her to have a quality life, proper diet and exercise is a necessity. Each client is uniquely different, and all of their programs are specific to their needs. Much like my her own journey, their journey is unique to them personally. Jen will work with you to create a personalized weight training and weight loss program through a thorough analysis of your lifestyle, patterns, physical abilities and metabolic system.In 2007, Jen started JMB Enterprises LLC and launched her flagship program Great Valley Adventure Boot Camp. She wanted to have a greater influence on more people while providing the same great results as if each person was working with her one to one. The campers saw and continue to see dramatic changes in their overall body and lives. Jennifer enables her clients to find their inner potential. The interaction and camaraderie with fellow campers motivates each person to achieve a greater level of physical fitness. In an effort to have a greater impact she along with her husband opened a Personal Fitness Gym in March of 2010. The gym's mission "Only Results Fitness is here to take you from where you are right now to where you want to be!" Throughout the programs implemented by Jennifer and her team the clients love the accountability they receive from each other as well as Jennifer and her trainers.

As a personal trainer, Mike’s job is to design exercise programs that improve physical fitness and overall health. His focus is to incorporate movements that improve your everyday life and build a foundation for injury prevention. This requires collecting comprehensive information about the client’s health status, physical abilities, eating habits, and goals during the initial meeting. However the assessment does not end there. In fact, client assessments are adjusted and analyzed throughout the client’s training routines, implementing changes when necessary.Mike’s goal is to create a routine that is going to push the client close to his/her physical limits. However, being conscious not to push pass ones limits, as this would most likely regress the client and could lead to an injury. Mike also places great emphasis on balancing the workout routines to insure all muscle groups and movement chains are equally trained. The result is that most clients feel worked hard, but do not complain of muscle stiffness and/or joint pain. In fact, most clients admit that they feel looser and more energetic when they stick to the plan. Most importantly, clients often realize that when they train consistently, stick to eating recommendations and follow all other health tips, they achieve, and many times surpass, their expected goals.Mike, enjoys a full range of fitness activities including: core training, functional training, hiking, golfing, strength training and outdoor cycling. At Only Results Fitness, he is dedicated to bringing disciplined programs of exercise in an environment away from the traditional gym, health club, or YMCA.
