I was afraid of feeling intimidated as I felt at other gyms I tried over the years and left after a few weeks or so. I thought this was just going to be "another one of those gyms" and expected I would last a short time as my track record has proven.

Only Results Fitness is unlike any other place I've been to. I was actually being showed what to do and how to do it every time; being watched and guided along the workout; and of course the "small town/community atmosphere" where members become friends and are there for the same reason....a better life. We all have fun.

I've been commended for my commitment in getting up early in the morning and going to Only Results Fitness during the week. My friends know that I'm not a morning person and for me to wake up sometimes before 5am, they know I'm addicted. I've been told that I'm standing taller and looking healthier and actually showing a little "meat on my bones". Definitely feeling more confident, more energy, eating much healthier, stronger, and sleeping better.

My biggest obstacle was getting into the routine of waking up and going to the gym. Now waking up and going is a part of my everyday.....usually the most challenging part, but also the most fun part of my day. Now I look forward to going thanks to the coaches and their support and cheering. They know we all can do it and give us the encouragement to do so. The other obstacle was changing my eating habits. For me it didn't happen overnight but I've adjusted a whole lot and still continue to try my best and make it part of my everyday lifestyle. Every once in a while, Mike and Jen give me that push and encouragement I need to eat better and more of it!

Most proud that after 2 years of trying to build, I'm still going at it, living healthier, feeling better, definitely stronger (feel great every time a reach for a heavier weight than before....I remember where I started and where I'm at now). and..........have graduated from size M to L!

ORF is unlike any of the big name gyms or personal trainers in our area. I shopped the personal trainers/fitness centers in this area, and when ya break it down, I'm definitely getting my money's worth with ORF compared to what I'd pay per session at the other places!

Just like any gym, I was intimated at first! The sight of anything beyond a treadmill or elliptical was so out of my comfort zone.

I have learned so much about myself and what I am capable of! Thanks to the encouragement of Jen, Mike and the members. The support you receive is just amazing.

I have had friends tell me that my posture has changed! I am guessing its because I am getting stronger and feeling better about myself. 🙂

Wow... a lot! My energy level, my strength my confidence. My attitude about fitness. I am a better person!

Learning to eat right, get enough exercise and listening to my body. This isn't just a gym.... its more then that. Here you learn how to eat right, how to properly fuel your body and get the most out of your work outs.

Every day I impress myself with the improvements I have made in my strength, stamina and all around health. I am proud of how far I've come since becoming a member.

You are guided and encouraged every step of the way and that's huge for me! Jen and Mike are the best cheerleaders! Its a great atmosphere! I look forward to every work out!

I was motivated to join the 6 week program, because I was tired of riding the roller coaster. Every time I lost weight, I gained it all back and more! This cycle sent me into a depression thinking I was just going to be fat forever.

I worked with Mike and Jen before and knew their methods worked. What they said made sense. However, I rode the roller coaster while with them too. I tried and failed 4 times to shake my ever-growing waist line. I was minimally committed at best.

After working through some personal turmoil, extensive journaling, and lots of soul searching, I decided that I WAS NOT going to be fat forever. I was in control of the outcome. Food was not going to be the boss of me! I had the power to change my life by FULLY committing to my personal success!

That's when I made the decision to give it one last shot before accepting that I would be 280 pounds for the rest of my life. But this time was different. This time I was armed with goals, a committed mindset, and just plain stubbornness! Goal#1- I was not going to cheat on the meal plan. NOT ONCE. Goal#2- I would attend every single workout. Goal#3- I would give every workout 100%. If I hit these 3 goals, then I was bound to succeed. Every 10 lbs lost, I would give myself a physical reward! For me, my rewards consisted of nail polish, new jeans, and zip lining for the first time.

After learning how to reward myself and celebrate the successes as I reach the smaller goals, I also slowly learned to forgive myself when I made choices that were not beneficial to my success. These simple tools have been tremendously helpful to reach my first big goal...to lose 80 pounds. I started tracking April 27, 2014 and reached it on July 11, 2015. I have gone from a size 24 to a size 14! Most importantly, I didn't quit and was successful because Jen and Mike didn't quit on me either.

Now I have a new big goal...to reach a size 10-12 before I turn 45 in December! I have not seen that size since I was in college 25 years ago!

Thanks a million guys! You have forever changed my life!

There were two concerns I had about joining ORF - would I attend regularly and would I get bigger (muscles) and look like a bodybuilder if I lifted weights?

In the past 8 months, I have enjoyed every single class, meeting new people and really feeling so much better about myself. I did not get "bigger" rather healthier, and its not hard to make the commitment with such great classes and fun coaches!

People have told me I lost weight and look great, but more importantly, its how I feel about it. I feel so much better, have more energy and really love going to work out! Since last July (I started ORF in Jan.), my cholesterol is lower, my A1C is well within range and I truly enjoy how I feel. While I have a lot of work ahead of me, I feel like losing 30 lbs was a huge start and I am ready to keep going with ORF behind me 100%.

One of the biggest obstacles is managing my food at home. With 2 young kids and a husband who is not on board with his own eating YET...its hard to make dinner for them and then make my own dinner separate - so it takes time to plan. But I have the tools thanks to one of the ORF programs, and I'm still a work in progress.

I am most proud of my consistency in attending the classes at ORF (except this summer which was hectic because of vacations) and how much progress I have made in losing weight so far. After 10+ years of other programs, therapies and dieting, I have found something I love, and people who I love to do it with. Mike & Jenn clearly care about what they do each day and they honestly enjoy helping others change. They have a wonderful thing at ORF and I am ever so appreciative for them helping me on this journey!

I was not sure how a small group fitness program would benefit me. I've either had the one on one personal trainer experience or large class setting at the YMCA. I looked online at the website and saw a lot of people having fun. When I met with Jen for an introduction to the program, I was greeted by members working out that I had never met, but said hello to me. Everyone was happy and very friendly.

I've always been an active person and luckily, not on any medications. What's most different about my life after joining ORF is that I feel like I am connected to a group of people that have similar interests that are very friendly and fun to be around.

My biggest obstacle is Time, and excuses, for not making my fitness a priority. I know that Mike and Jen put a lot of effort into the programs and I enjoy the variety of exercises. Because ORF is so different from the typical gym, I look forward to being there and getting a good workout with everyone! So, the excuse of, "I've had a long day at work and I just want to go home", gets pushed aside with "I GET to go to ORF and have some fun!"

I am comfortable with working out with weights that I had never used before. Its the best part of my day!

I did not really enjoy exercising and I was not sure I would be able to commit the time necessary. There are trainers leading all of the work outs to assist with proper form and encouragement. They adapt the exercises to the individual's needs and encourage you to push yourself.

Since starting at Only Results, I have noticed the changes. A few inches off the waist makes a big difference. I also have more energy, sleep better and my blood pressure is lower.

The time commitment is the biggest obstacle for me. Trying to workout 4 or 5 days a week can be a challenge but I enjoy working out now and get personal satisfaction as I increase the number of reps or amount of weight I use. There are very convenient early morning and evening hours which makes it easy to find a time.

I'm most proud that I have been able to keep the commitment that I made to myself to start a workout plan and stick to it. It's almost two months since I started and I feel better and I know I will continue.

The physical benefits of fitness were the primary reason I started working out but I have also found that it is more than physical. I spend 45-60 minutes, 5 days a week escaping from all of the other pressures of life. It's better and cheaper than therapy.

I had a gym I liked, so why change! What could they possibly teach me that I was not going to get somewhere else?

Immediately I noticed that there was consistent programming of the workouts to ensure I did not over work a specific body part. In the first six weeks, I understood more about overall nutrition and that there was not a 1 plan fits all to getting healthy, I had to work on it individually with the tools they were trying to teach!

After a few weeks I began to notice changes in my physical and mental self. Physically I am so much stronger from head to toe. My body has changed, it feels different and is much stronger. Mentally I have more strength as well to tackle new challenges and opportunities that face me.

Still facing it daily...food choices! It will be a constant struggle with food, but I am working on it daily. While I fall off the wagon at times, I am much more aware of it and make adjustments faster. With the help of Jen and Mike, I am more aware of my body, my ability to move my body and the choices I am making for a healthy lifestyle.

My physical changes and strength and my mental strength. Also the fact that I have learned to listen to my body better (yes, I still have a long way to go on this).

The only reservation I had before joining Only Results Fitness was the time, as the only time I could make it was the earliest class in the morning which was at the time 5:30am. I hadn't gotten up that early on an everyday basis in years.

After joining, I actually felt better getting up and getting the workout in and feeling energized all day. My reservation went away. Only Results Fitness was able to guide me through the mornings with great workouts and everyday was a different workout and I wanted to keep going back.

The compliments that I have received are, "You look so healthy", "Wow, look at your musle tone", "Where are you getting your all day energy". My energy has a pep to it. My food choices are thought about and planned. Now I am a better person for me and my family. Also, the friendships that I have made are a bonus.

My biggest obstacle was eating food throughout the day and not snacking on Pretzels and Cheese at 3pm. Instead, Only Results Fitness taught me how to eat throughout the day and choose foods that are better than others and would ask how the foods made me feel. I realized that eating more of the right foods is better than eating less and the wrong foods because I was starving my body and choose foods that I thought I need to feel full.

I am proud of how I am still with Only Results Fitness after 6 years and still going strong and toned. Also, how I am able to continue my life in a positive journey with good foods choices.

Only Results Fitness is not a gym it is a fitness home with warm welcomes and awesome people! Thank you for helping me create a better me.

Where do I start?? Unhealthy eating habits!! Lack of energy!! Stress!! ORF was able to teach me how to eat healthier! ORF taught me how to deal with stress and change my lifestyle!! Friends and family have told me I look happier and look younger and carry myself with more confidence.

Once I got it figured out it was easy!! ORF Helped me find my fountain of youth!! Being my best!! Its a lifestyle that I am proud to be a part of!! Thank you ORF!!

I've belonged to many other gyms, but it wasn't until I began working with Jen and Mike that everything just made sense and I really began to make progress. The classes that are available everyday are amazing and the encouragement and challenge you get from working out with all of the other members is addictive. I look forward to coming here everyday and accomplishing goals I didn't think were even possible. Only Results is hands down the best investment you can make in yourself.
