Small Group Coaching
This is our version of one-on-one personal training. Traditional personal training costs upwards of $60 per hour and requires you to be locked into one trainer. At Only Results Fitness, we believe that elite training should not just be for the wealthy. Our semi-private training approach offers you the same individualized workouts, but for half the cost, more scheduling flexibility, and a heck of a lot more fun then just hearing your own breathing!
Your training sessions will be with a small group of (up to) three other ORF's. Research has proven that this approach to training often provides greater results, thanks to the camaraderie, support, and an insane amount of energy. And since it is cheaper than traditional training, you can work out more often. Starting at only $25 per-session Semi-Private Training is the ultimate investment in your long-term health.

There are 4 primary styles of team training that change each week, continuously changing your workouts to help you avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results. This program combines old- school tools with modern science to provide you with the fastest path to better strength and conditioning.
MET 10 - A progressed and periodized metabolic weight-training program designed specifically to produce a lean, fit-looking body.If you are wondering what “progressed” and “periodized” means, you are not alone. A progressed program means the exercises, loads and training structure is planned out in detail for a specific purpose.
ME MAYHEM - Burn that fat away! This circuit-style workout uses work-to-rest ratio to blast fat and improve endurance. Our high-energy class will have you burning fat up to 72 hours after you’re done training. It’s the best Interval cardio workout around!
